1. Use of Content
All content on this website, including images, text, and graphics, is the property of Kendra Shank Photography LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.

2. Photography Services

Full payment is due prior to delivery of photographs gallery.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at least [X days] in advance without penalty. Sessions rescheduled less than [X days] in advance may incur a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.  Client may terminate the Agreement (“Cancellation”) and/or reschedule the Services (“Rescheduling”) by providing Photographer with written notice no later than 15 days before the original date of the Portrait Session (the “Minimum Notice”). Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for Cancellations and Rescheduling unless the Minimum Notice is duly provided or unless the parties otherwise agree in writing.

Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks via online gallery. Raw files are not provided.

Image Usage: By booking a session, you grant us permission to use select images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the session.

3. Client Responsibilities

Arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling fee.

Ensure proper attire, makeup, and readiness for the session.

Inform us of any special requirements or accommodations needed in advance.

4. Liability

We are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury occurring during or after the photography session.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding the deposit.

5. Blog Content
Our blog is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee all information is current or error-free.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
